Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee special needs  education programs within Soroti City schools.
• Train teachers to handle learners with special needs effectively.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of special needs education programs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure inclusive education.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education (Special Needs) or its equivalent.
• At least 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a special needs education setting.
• Knowledge of policies and practices related to special needs education.
