JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the administration and management of Mityana Municipal Council operations.
• Ensure implementation of government policies and laws at the municipal level.
• Provide strategic leadership to municipal staff to ensure effective service delivery.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on municipal activities to the Town Clerk.
• Facilitate the preparation of municipal budgets and work plans.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Postgraduate qualification in Management or Administration is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public sector administration.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills.
