Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement community development programs and projects.
• Mobilize communities to participate in development initiatives.

• Provide technical guidance on issues related to gender, youth, and social welfare.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community-based programs.
• Prepare and submit reports on community development activities.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Diploma in Social Work, Community Development, or Development Studies.

• At least 2 years of experience in community development work.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and  communication skills.
