Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for every customer. Your roles will include:
• Receiving and welcoming customers at the front of the house.
• Providing excellent service by taking orders, answering questions, and resolving customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handling cash transactions efficiently and accurately as a cashier.
• Acting as a lobby host to guide customers, ensuring they feel comfortable and satisfied.
• Performing lobby cleaning duties to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers.
• Packaging customer orders accurately and efficiently at the counter to ensure quality service delivery.
Skills and Competencies Required:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
