JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Enrolled Nurse to provide healthcare support on a construction site. This role involves offering immediate medical care, ensuring the health and safety of all site personnel, and promoting a culture of well-being in a physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care to patients, ensuring that all interventions are carried out in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Perform thorough patient assessments and document clinical findings accurately in the patient’s health record.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as per doctors' orders, ensuring correct dosage and timely administration.
• Monitor patient conditions, including vital signs, and report any changes or concerns to the senior nursing staff or medical team.
• Assist with procedures, diagnostic tests, and treatments, ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times.
• Offer guidance and emotional support to patients and their families, explaining care plans, treatments, and expected outcomes.
• Ensure that infection control and safety protocols are followed at all times to minimize risk to patients.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team, including doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals, to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide support in critical care situations.

• Support patient discharge planning, providing instructions for follow-up care and assisting with patient referrals if necessary.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development to maintain clinical competence and stay current with nursing practices.

Qualifications:
• Diploma in Enrolled Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Must be registered with the Nurses & Midwifery Council.
• At least 2 years of practical nursing experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of nursing care principles, procedures, and best practices.
• Ability to perform nursing assessments, administer treatments, and monitor patient progress.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and provide care in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.

Preferred Skills:
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and other relevant certifications are desirable.
