Job Summary:

The Aviation Management Instructor educates students on the principles of managing aviation organizations, including airlines, airports, and related businesses, with a focus on leadership and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a curriculum that covers aviation management principles.
• Teach subjects such as airline operations, airport management, and financial planning.
• Provide insights into aviation regulations, safety management systems, and strategic planning.
• Guide students in analyzing case studies and solving real-world aviation management challenges.
• Use innovative teaching methods, including interactive sessions and technology-driven tools.
• Assess students through exams, projects, and presentations.
• Keep abreast of global trends and best practices in aviation management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in aviation management or operations.
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations, safety management systems, and business practices.
• Certification in aviation management or a related field (e.g., IATA or ICAO certifications).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Prior teaching or instructional experience in aviation is an added advantage.
• Ability to integrate real-world case studies into lessons.
