They have extensive experience in DeFi and leverage their network, creative, and scientific backgrounds to develop innovative marketing strategies to build attention funnels, capture mindshare, and monetise it efficiently.
We are looking for an Ads Specialist to manage and optimise the advertising campaigns across platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more. You will be expected to have a strong background in digital marketing, with a focus on social media advertising, and a passion for driving results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective advertising strategies tailored to each social media platform to meet business goals.
- Design and produce compelling ad content, including images, videos, and copy, that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with target audiences.
- Utilise audience insights and analytics to create targeted ad campaigns, focusing on user demographics, interests, and behaviours.
- Monitor and manage advertising budgets to maximise ROI while ensuring effective spending across campaigns.
- Track and analyse ad performance using analytics tools; provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct A/B tests to evaluate ad performance and implement changes based on data-driven insights.
- Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Web3 social media advertising or digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful ad campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Ability to think creatively and develop engaging ad content that captures audience attention.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
