Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth:
- Proactively identify and target new customers through research, networking, and lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- Product Promotion:
- Present, promote, and sell PayTota’s products and services to prospective and existing customers using persuasive communication techniques.
- Deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs and overcome objections confidently.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Ensure excellent after-sales service to promote customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market Intelligence:
- Gather and report feedback from customers, competitors, and market trends to support product and business development.
- Suggest improvements based on field interactions to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales or business development role. Experience in fintech, insurance is an advantage.
- Skills and Attributes:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
