Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth:
  • Proactively identify and target new customers through research, networking, and lead generation strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
  • Product Promotion:
  • Present, promote, and sell PayTota’s products and services to prospective and existing customers using persuasive communication techniques.
  • Deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs and overcome objections confidently.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Ensure excellent after-sales service to promote customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Gather and report feedback from customers, competitors, and market trends to support product and business development.
  • Suggest improvements based on field interactions to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales or business development role. Experience in fintech, insurance is an advantage.
  • Skills and Attributes:
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
