Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time contractual role after a probation period based on performance.
- Minimum Qualification : Bachelors
- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year
Job Description/Requirements
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2nd Class Upper) with strong academic records, including at least 3 principal passes at A-Level and UCE results with a minimum 2nd Division, achieving grades 5 or higher in English and Mathematics.
- Experience in relationship management, data collection, or sales/marketing in academic or professional contexts is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- The ideal candidate should be creative, adaptable under pressure, flexible, and proactive with a results-driven mindset.
- Achievements in extracurricular activities, supported by certificates or awards, will be considered an added advantage.
- Fluency in English and at least one Ugandan local language is required, with knowledge of Kiswahili being an asset.
