Job Overview:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships. This role will require a mix of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and expand the customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to set and achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies and plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
