Description
JOB DETAILS:
• Department: Kitchen
• Minimum Qualifications:
o UCE Certificate.
o Certificate in Hotel and Institutional Catering is an added advantage.
• Responsibilities:
o Serve meals to students and staff in an organized and timely manner.
o Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and well-maintained before and after meal times.
o Assist in setting up dining tables and arranging food serving stations.
o Help with cleaning dishes, utensils, and equipment after meals.
o Assist in the proper storage of leftover food items to minimize waste.
o Provide courteous and professional service to all students, staff, and visitors.
o Report any issues with food quality, supplies, or dining facilities to the head cook or kitchen manager.
Applying Instructions
o Submit certified academic papers, National ID, and relevant experience evidence.
o Attach recommendation letters from two recognizable referees, including one from an LC1 Chairperson for non-teaching roles.
