JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual. The Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of various administrative functions and processes within the organization. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility. The Administrator will be responsible for supporting different departments and contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the company.
Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related discipline is an added advantage.
• Professional certifications in administration (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional - CAP) or project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
Experience:
• Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in administrative roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven track record of managing office operations, staff coordination, and administrative functions in a fast-paced or complex organization.

1. Administrative Skills:
o Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
o Proficient in drafting, reviewing, and managing professional documents and correspondence.
2. Leadership and Management:
o Demonstrated experience in supervising and mentoring administrative staff.
o Ability to manage diverse teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
3. Technical Proficiency:
o Proficient in office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
o Familiarity with administrative tools like ERP systems, project management software, or HRIS is an added advantage.
4. Financial Acumen:
o Experience in managing budgets, processing invoices, and ensuring cost-efficient operations.
5. Communication:
o Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
o Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
6. Problem Solving and Decision-Making:
o Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
o Capacity to handle unforeseen challenges and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
7. Adaptability:
o Resilience and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
