Job Overview:
Our client in the betting Industry is looking for a motivated and result oriented Sales Person to join their team in the betting industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting betting services, and products to potential customers, building and maintaining strong customer relationships and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Sales Presentations
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to the needs of different clients.
• Demonstrate the features and benefits of the betting products and services effectively and showcasing their value.
• You will be required to conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
Client Engagement
• Present the betting services to clients through product demonstrations and presentations.
• Provide tailored solutions to meet clients’ needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Research and Analysis
• Stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes affecting the betting landscape.
• Gather insights on customer preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Performance tracking and Sales Reporting
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts to provide visibility into performance.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Sales Strategy Implementation
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales activities and results.
Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Previous experience in a betting or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in sales
• Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
• Must be based in Uganda
• Ability to speak English and knowledge of the local languages will be an added advantage
• Should be computer literate
• Must have great understanding of Field Marketing and must have the ability to work with field representatives
