Job Purpose:
The Digital Content Creator will develop high-quality, engaging, and audience-focused content across digital platforms. This role involves producing multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and written pieces, to strengthen the brand’s online presence.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and create multimedia content (videos, graphics, articles, and posts) for websites, social media, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with creative and editorial teams to align digital content with brand messaging and audience needs.
• Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality short-form and long-form video content.
• Optimize content for digital platforms, ensuring SEO and audience engagement strategies are applied.
• Research and stay up-to-date with digital trends to implement new content formats and ideas.
• Monitor content performance metrics and provide reports on audience engagement.
• Manage deadlines effectively, ensuring timely delivery of all digital content.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual and written materials.
• Work with marketing and sales teams to create branded and promotional content that aligns with organizational goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Academic: Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Media, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Professional: Certification in Multimedia Production, Video Editing, or Graphic Design is a plus.
• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in creating digital content for online platforms.
Core Competencies:
• Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and social media tools.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills for digital audiences.
• Creative and innovative mindset to develop engaging content.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies for better results.
• Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing principles, and audience engagement strategies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
