JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets for solar home systems.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales agents to ensure success in the field.
• Track and document sales activities and customer interactions through the prospect platform.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive growth.
• Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with UECCC, key clients, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Non-negotiable Skills:
• Sales Leadership: Proven track record in leading and managing a sales team.
• Sales Strategy Development: Ability to create and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Experience with CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions.
• Market Analysis: Ability to assess market trends and competitor activity to inform decisions.
