Job Summary:
The Records Assistant will be responsible for organizing, managing, and maintaining office files and documents. This includes ensuring proper filing systems are in place, retrieving and sorting documents as needed, and supporting the district office with administrative tasks. The Records Assistant will also ensure that all records are kept up to date and secure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic records and files.
• Retrieve files and documents as required by staff and departments.

• Ensure that records are properly cataloged and stored according to regulations.

• Support administrative tasks such as document preparation and correspondence.
• Ensure that records are kept confidential and secure at all times.

Qualifications and Experience:
• A Certificate or Diploma in Records Management or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a records management role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.
