JOB DETAILS:
Reports to: Technical Manager

Qualification and Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).

Experience and Knowledge:
• At least 5 years of experience in project management or technical roles in construction.
• Previous experience in large-scale construction projects, especially those with Chinese-speaking stakeholders or teams.

• Familiarity with Chinese construction management practices and protocols.

Job Summary:
The Project DC (Can Speak Chinese) will be responsible for facilitating communication between Chinese and local teams, managing the technical aspects of the construction project, and ensuring that the project is executed according to the prescribed timelines and specifications. This role requires proficiency in both Chinese and English to manage cross-cultural communication effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a liaison between Chinese stakeholders and the local construction team.
• Oversee the technical aspects of the project, ensuring adherence to construction plans.

• Coordinate meetings and communications between both Chinese and local teams.

• Ensure project milestones are met according to the schedule.
• Provide technical support to resolve issues as they arise on the project site.
