Experience
• The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that elevate Hugamara Group’s restaurant business brands. This role requires a creative, results-driven professional with expertise in content creation, digital marketing, and a proven track record in a similar role. The ideal candidate will blend analytical insights with a creative flair to design marketing campaigns, grow our customer base, and position Hugamara Group as a leader in the hospitality industry in Kampala and beyond.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Hugamara Group’s restaurants and bars. Oversee the creation of engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters. Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and email campaigns. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and ROI. Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive brand visibility. Manage the design and production of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with the brand identity. Lead customer engagement initiatives to foster loyalty and enhance customer experiences. Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Manage the company’s social media presence and ensure timely responses to online feedback and inquiries. Develop and implement strategies for seasonal promotions, events, and campaigns. Maintain strong relationships with vendors, designers, and advertising agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business goals. Budget, track, and report on marketing expenses to ensure cost-effective operations. Train and manage junior marketing staff or external consultants to support campaign execution. Champion brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring the company’s values and vision resonate with customers.
