A successful candidate will have the following:
FH Association is seeking an experienced Value Exchange Relationship Coordinator who will ensure that stakeholder engagement is closely aligned with FH’s value proposition, program model, and programme outcomes by leading the management and strengthening of relationships with shareholders, investors, and key stakeholders at the Area Program level. The position will be responsible for delivering the impact offers and supports the alignment of all value exchange activities with the program model in a way that is fun, meaningful and builds the assets of our young shareholders and deliver on the promise to shareholders and investors. The Value Exchange Relationships Coordinator plays a crucial role in engaging stakeholders, contributing to realizing the value for the shareholders and investors, fostering collaboration, and ensuring transparency to sustain and expand FH's impact on children and communities.

• The Value Exchange Relationship Coordinator should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, relationship management, or donor relations, preferably in an NGO or international development context. Experience in one or two of these technical areas i.e. Health, nutrition, WASH, Asset creation and education programming is an added advantage.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social work, public health, Education, International Development, nutrition, Agriculture, business administration, or a related field and a postgraduate qualification in project planning & management or one of the thematic areas (Education, Food security & livelihoods, Health and nutrition is an added advantage.

• A vibrant personal relationship with Jesus Christ, a Christian commitment to serving the poor, and in full agreement with FH Association’s Christian beliefs.
• Spiritual well-being: Demonstrated personal Christian commitment to serving those who are challenged by poverty and marginalization and in full agreement with FH Association Christian foundation and beliefs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of child sponsorship models, program coordination, and the importance of value exchange in stakeholder relations.
• Excellent training and facilitation skills and creativity to engage in meaningful and joyful activities with children.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to donor relations and international development.

• Computer application skills mainly MS Office, and data management
• Diversity and inclusion: Experience with promoting and working in a diverse, inclusive, cross-cultural environment.
