To support this goal, we seek a Youth Engagement Associate to provide CV services to our clients and partners. You will also champion our project goal of upskilling 5 million young people.

Brief Job Summary:
Your mission is to provide CV services to our clients and partners. You will also champion the ‘Young Africa Works’ goal of upskilling 5 million young people.
Key Duties & Job Responsibilities
Organizational
- Engage and deliver exceptional CV writing and career counselling services to Job seekers
- Develop course contents for curriculums
- Manage the activities of training partners, provide support where needed and ensure accurate reporting.
- Proactively seek and grow opportunities to increase our CV services Clientele.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to Learning & Development Activities.
Facilitate Soft-Skills Training.
- Advise on best approach to CV services.
- Conduct in depth analysis in providing holistic solutions to clients.
- Prepare timely reports for training partners and solicit feedback.
- Ensure a proper monitoring and evaluation system that measures training programmes.
- Field content driver for www.brightermonday.com/youthengagement
Functional
- Support the team in ensuring that the overall goal and specific objectives of the youth engagement component of Brightermonday are achieved.
- Facilitate the Brightermonday Uganda Soft Skills Training online and in physical classes.
- Support the CV and Cover Letter writing workshop in the soft skills training and other youth engagement activities.
- Develop innovative initiatives to make the LMS and training sessions more robust and drive conversion.
- Plan and coordinate ‘Train the Trainer’ sessions, instructional design and LMS coordination to reach all learner segments.
- Work closely with the support team to ensure smooth training operations online and offline
- Manage the project operations, ensuring quick issues resolution.
- Prepare reports and conversion strategies for Soft Skills training across all platforms.
- Support on partner reporting and relationship management.
- Provide content for the website as a tool for post-training engagement.
- Provide operational support for monitoring and reporting of the soft skills training.
- Support end- to-end youth engagement event management
- Recruitment, training and management of Facilitators,Training and Data-Entry Volunteers support team in focus districts
- Provide technical inputs to/ during planning, organising and coordination of project monitoring processes, assessments, surveys, research and evaluations

Person Specifications:
Qualifications:
- B.Sc or B.A in Business related fields. M.Sc/MBA desired
Years of Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including internal leadership, and sponsor organizations.
- Skills required to perform the Job:
- Comfortable working with Clients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial, comfortable with ambiguity and adaptive to
- Change with the ability to use an agile approach to execute in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas to stakeholders across multiple levels
- Strong stakeholder skills at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in Google Slides, Sheets, MS Office Suite with PowerPoint skills
