Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the management and storage of district records.
2. Provide support in retrieving and organizing records for use.
3. Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
4. Assist in training staff on record-keeping practices.
5. Prepare and submit periodic reports on records management activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. A diploma in Records Management, Library Science, or a related field from a recognized institution.
2. At least 1 year of experience in records or documentation management.
3. Knowledge of filing systems and records management practices.
4. Good organizational and communication skills.

• Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the following vacant posts in the Bunyangabu District Service and Delivery (All Uganda Government Local Governments). Applications must be submitted in triplicate on Public Service Commission Form 3 Revised 2008 or ESC Form 3 Revised 1998. These forms are obtainable from Public Service Commission Offices or the offices of District Service Commissions countrywide. Applications must be submitted to:

• Applicants are required to attach photocopies of all academic qualifications, identity cards, and supporting documents (certificates and transcripts), plus three passport-sized photographs. Applications should bear the title of the post and reference number.
