Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Physical Planner will:
1. Develop and implement physical planning policies for the municipality.
2. Conduct surveys and approve building plans.
3. Monitor and evaluate urban development projects.
4. Provide technical advice on land use and zoning.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or Geography.
• Registration with a recognized planning body is an added advantage.

• At least 4 years of experience in urban planning, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
