Key Responsibilities:
As a Debt/Loan Recovery Officer, your responsibilities will include:
1. Contacting and engaging with borrowers to recover overdue loan payments.

2. Negotiating payment plans and repayment schedules with clients to achieve debt recovery goals.

3. Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory frameworks while recovering debts.
4. Preparing and submitting regular reports on recovery activities and progress.
5. Maintaining professionalism and customer sensitivity throughout the recovery process.
6. Establishing relationships with local stakeholders to ensure efficient loan recovery.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
• Educational Background:
o A Diploma or Degree in Law, Education, Business Administration, Marketing, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Information Technology, Microfinance, or other related fields.
• Technical Skills:
o Must be able to ride a motorcycle (valid riding license is an advantage).
o Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Personal Attributes:
o Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.

o Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
o Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records.
• Candidates must specify their preferred area/district of operation in their application.
