INVITATION FOR BIDS
SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF ASSORTED MEDICAL EQUIPMENT FOR THE MEDICAL SCHOOL.

1. The Ndejje University intends to acquire several Medical Equipment and Supplies to be used in the setup of the Medical School at the Main Campus in Bombo.
2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the University Procurement and Disposal Guidelines and Procedures.
3. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement office and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 0800 to 1600 hrs.
4. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 250,000 (Uganda Shillings Two Hundred Fifty Thousand only) or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency using the exchange rate published by the Bank of Uganda on the date of payment. The method of payment is through the bank.

1. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 1500 hrs on December 12, 2024. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
