Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Restaurant Supervisor to oversee operations at Pakalast Restaurant. The ideal candidate will manage staff, ensure smooth daily operations, and deliver excellent customer service. This is a shift-based role with daily payment provided.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise restaurant staff and assign daily tasks during shifts.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve complaints promptly.

• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

• Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and report shortages.
• Assist in planning promotions or improving operational efficiency.

• Prepare daily shift reports and communicate effectively with management.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
