• Relevant professional skills and matching experience in undertaking assignments of a similar nature and scope.
• A good understanding of the local context (Bwindi Mgahinga Conservation Area), especially in the areas of conservation of mountain gorillas and community development.
• Be familiar with the set-up of VSLAs/ASCAs schemes and their operations in Uganda.
• Proficient in English, Rukiga and Rufumbira languages.
•  Educational Requirements: Financial Management/ Microfinance/Business Administration/Rural Development/Community Development /Development Studies or any related field.
• Year/s of Experience: 10
