Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will represent our brand in the assigned region, driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will play a pivotal role in promoting our travel packages and services to meet and exceed sales targets while expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development
- Actively identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region.
- Promote and sell the company’s travel packages, services, and products to individual and corporate clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Provide clients with personalized travel solutions based on their preferences and requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
3. Market Research and Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager.
- Suggest innovative sales approaches to increase revenue and market share.
4. Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed to meet goals.
5. Networking and Representation
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s offerings.
- Collaborate with local travel agencies, tour operators, and partners to enhance sales opportunities.
6. Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the tours and travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of travel packages, destinations, and industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
