JOB SUMMARY

The Lead associate will be responsible for responding to lead conversion, educating prospective and existing customers on product and service and directly persuading leads/potential customers to purchase the product and services of the organization through telephone.

CORE JOB FUNCTION

  • Persuade potential customers to purchase the organization’s product or service through telephone.
  • Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
  • Close car sales deals through online leads and inquiries.
  • Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of leads contacted.
  • Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
  • Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
  • Engage with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints
  • Ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments,as well as actions taken
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Make presentations through the phone and screen sharing
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of new product or service adjustments.
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.
  • Manage, track and follow up on leads by engaging in calls to them
  • Facilitates a business's connection between its outgoing consumer advertising and the responses to that advertising.
  • Create and maintain a progressed and closable pipeline of leads generated from our online sources.

EDUCATIONAL

REQUIREMENT AND EXPERIENCE

Educational Requirement:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or related degree.

Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in sales, particularly in the automotive industry.
  • Candidates should have a strong track record of meeting sales targets and building relationships with customers.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of motor vehicles, including different makes and models, features, and pricing, is important for success in this role.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools is also beneficial.
  • Knowledge of car sales and marketing.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales role.
