JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose:
Receiving all cash deposits, paying out cash to customers and service providers, balancing daily cash transactions.

Key responsibilities:
• Provide accurate responses to all customers’ enquiries with a friendly and courteous approach.
• Ensure timely balancing of day’s work, lodging in of cash/vouchers with the supervisor.
• Enforce know your customer (KYC) Policy.
• Ensure the safe custody of cash and other documents at all times.

Job requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or relevant field preferred from a recognized educational Institution.
• High level of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Customer care, teamwork, and good people management skills.
• Must have attained a Credit in Math and English at O-Level.
• Age range: 30 years and above.
• Applicants from Rukungiri and Kanungu Districts are preferred.
