Job Summary: The Supervisor for the Payment Portal at Virtus Global Security will provide strategic oversight and operational support for the payment processing platform. This role ensures that payment portal services are efficient, secure, and aligned with organizational goals, enhancing user experience while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience in payment systems, strong analytical and operational skills, and a capacity to manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight
• Oversee daily operations of the payment portal, managing team performance to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor transaction flows, identify bottlenecks, and work with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.

• Manage risk assessments, audits, and compliance checks to ensure the portal adheres to regulatory requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Act as a liaison between the payment portal operations team and other departments (e.g., Finance, Compliance, IT, Customer Support) to streamline processes and improve interdepartmental collaboration.
• Work closely with IT team to prioritize portal updates, security enhancements, and technology upgrades.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders, negotiating service levels and ensuring timely delivery of external services.
• Coordinate with external and internal auditors and regulatory bodies for annual reviews and compliance requirements.

Data Analysis & Reporting
• Leverage data analytics to monitor portal performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance the payment experience.
• Generate periodic reports and presentations for executive leadership on portal performance, financial metrics, and user satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Development
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of payment portal professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and provide ongoing coaching to drive team productivity and engagement.

Key Performance Indicators:
• Transaction Throughput Rate; 98% of transactions processed within defined service level agreements (SLAs) without delays.
• Incident Resolution Time; Resolve 95% of operational issues within 24 hours of identification.

• Compliance Adherence Rate; Achieve 100% compliance in routine audits and risk assessments.

• Risk Assessment Frequency; Conduct risk assessments quarterly, addressing at least 90% of identified risks within one month.
• Inter-Departmental Task Resolution Rate; Resolve 90% of inter-departmental issues (with Finance, Compliance, IT, etc.) within established timelines.
• Portal Update Implementation Time; Complete 95% of prioritized portal updates within scheduled timeframes.
• IT Collaboration Satisfaction; Achieve a satisfaction score of 90% or above from IT and related departments on collaboration efforts.
• Vendor SLA Compliance; Ensure that 98% of vendor deliverables meet the agreed-upon SLAs.
• Audit Readiness; Pass all internal and external audits with no major findings.
• Timeliness of Reporting; Deliver 100% of reports to executive leadership by set deadlines.
• Data-Driven Decision Impact; Implement at least two (2) data-driven initiatives per quarter that enhance portal performance or customer satisfaction.
• Portal Performance Metrics; Maintain a transaction success rate of 99.5% or higher.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree is a bonus).
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in payment processing, digital banking, or financial technology, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills; expertise in payment systems and risk management; data analysis capabilities; excellent communication skills for working with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with payment processing platforms, security protocols, and compliance standards relevant to the payment industry.
• Experience working with the ODOO system will be a huge advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven experience in managing high-stakes payment platforms with a focus on scalability, security, and user satisfaction.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards related to payments, including PCI-DSS, AML, and GDPR compliance.
• Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives.
