Job Description

Our client deals in the hospitality business, and is looking for a self-motivated and qualified Sales Executives with vast experience in the field. The ideal candidate will be required to drive sales by designing and implementing targeted sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies;
  • Conduct market research on rival hotels;
  • Design and implementing sales plans for the hotel;
  • Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies;
  • Maintain client relations;
  • Track sales data to ensure the service hotel meets sales targets;
  • Create and presenting sales performance reports;
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including product development, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment of sales and sales activities with business objectives;
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with clients, preparing proposals and sales agreements in accordance with hotel policies and guidelines;
  • Contribute to the development of sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans, providing input and insights to support business growth objectives;
  • Acquire 5 new corporate clients per month.
  • Achieve events revenue of UGX 60m per month.
  • Increase room occupancy by 50% each month.
  • Have a minimum of 30 leads per month.
  • Covert a minimum of 10 leads into business month
  • Maintain client retention rate to 100%.
  • Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Achieve a conversion rate of 50% from leads per month.
  • Improve sales efficiency by enforcing client payment period as stated in the contract.
  • Organize a minimum of two networking events in each quarter.
