JOB DETAILS:
Position: ELECTRONIC ENGINEER (Requirement 1Person)
Quality Plastics (U) LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced person to fill-in the position of Electronic
Engineer under Engineering department. Will be responsible for managing a team of technicians,
overseeing the maintenance, repair, and development of electronic systems, and ensuring that all tasks
are completed efficiently and to a high standard. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader, with
a strong technical background and excellent management skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to electrical and electronic system,
PLC , APC,DCS,SCADA and other specific control processes in manufacturing.
• Design and modify motor power control apparatus circuits.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as mechanical engineers and machine operators to
integrate electronic and electrical systems into overall product designs.
• Lead and supervise a team of electronic technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Design and test electronic circuits and systems to ensure compliance with customers
specifications, product requirement, and industry standards.
• Test solid-state circuitry to determine defective components in analog and digital equipment
along with defective parts replacement.
• Develop and implement departmental goals, policies, and procedures to ensure operational
efficiency.
• Conduct technical training for team members to keep their skills up to date.
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct performance evaluations, monitor progress, and provide feedback to team members.
• Prepare reports on the department's performance, including project updates and maintenance
schedules.
Qualifications:
• Master or degree/ Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as an electronic technician, with at least 8-10 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electronic systems.
• Hands-on experience with electrical testing equipment and troubleshooting tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
