JOB DETAILS:
Accountabilities
• Monitoring and intervention to ensure the required level of Endpoint compliance.
Provide technical support and coordination between offshore teams and partners during systems integration activities and troubleshooting
• Providing technical support to the Mobile money team with merchant integrations by initiating the entire technical process through raising requests, PCRs required for approvals before Configuring and establishing site-to-site IPsec VPN tunnels between Mobile Money and Merchant Partners and ensuring that the VPN tunnels are successfully set on both sides (Company and Merchant Partner) and undergo all successful stages of troubleshoots.
Ensure Wan Connectivity is up (99% Uptime) for Call Center and shops network
• Provide technical support to shops and call centers to ensure minimal down time in WAN connectivity. Coordinating with all stake holders (offshore team, Enterprise teams and Shops/Call Center IT teams) restore connectivity after any outage.
Support offshore team with Physical activities in Data center
• Provide hands and feet (onsite) support to Offshore teams for Data Center operations. This involves troubleshooting, installation and decommissioning of infrastructure
Efficiency in IT Infrastructure operations
• Engage in Continuous Improvement Projects or SIPs to improve productivity and SLAs.
Timely execution of IT projects
• Provide Onsite support for infrastructure and Security projects
Documentation and Inventory management
• Maintenance of documentation of Infrastructure Diagrams, spares, IP address pools
Supporting the L1 Engineer in Backup media handling whenever required
• Supporting the offsite Backup team with all physical aspects of the backup process. Inserting and retrieving media from backup library and ensuring that tapes are safely transferred to Offsite Fireproof safe and catalogued accordingly.
• Managing the documentation of all backup media

• Providing Technical support to all partners to ensure speedy resolution of connectivity issues.

Education, Training, Skills & Experience
• BSC in engineering, IT, or Computer science or related fields
Relevant Experience (Type of experience and minimum number of years)
• At least 3 years in similar role
• With experience in implementing/managing Enterprise networks (Firewalls, Network access control, VPNs, Secure Wifi)
Other requirements (Behavioral etc.)
• Must be Self-motivated and result oriented
