JOB DETAILS:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting digital marketing programs, including channel support tactics, and digital marketing initiatives. This role will manage administrative tasks, provide project support, and oversee all third-party digital activities.
The specialist will manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including media buying, analytics, spend optimization, and content development.

Accountabilities
Project Support
• Develop and manage checklists for all digital- related projects. Share capacity with
• Digital Operations. Co-manage projects, ensuring adherence to defined processes.

• Project Administration – develop and manage a checklist for all E-commerce related projects

• Share capacity with the E-Commerce Operations on the
• Departmental projects
• Co- Manage E-Commerce projects within
• department’s project system and ensure that all projects follow the defined project process
• Interface daily with resources to ensure tasks and sub-tasks have been clearly defined for the allocated projects and are being completed in a timely manner

• Update status daily on all projects and communicate to Head: E-Commerce of slowdowns, bottlenecks or completion of tasks as they occur
• Provide support for special projects as and when required by the business

• Execute on roadmap items to ensure scalability and strategic effectiveness with the guidance of the guidance of line manager
Digital campaigns management
• Manage creative, development, and QA processes. Implement and track digital ads, placements, and retargeting.
• Campaigning Roadmap per game/theme/KPI
• Co- Create, send and track multiple monthly campaigns
• Implement a social media program that drives
• Conversation through community engagement to maximize organic growth and brand loyalty
• Collaborate with the marketing team
• Manage social media channels in relation to E- Commerce, USSD and business partner activities.
• Work closely with the marketing team, design team, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing efforts.
Day to day support
• Resolve all customer enquiries for the company directed to the PR & Comms or Customer Relations offices
• Monitor and manage social media activity around Ecommerce operations and
• escalate accordingly within the company
• Overall online channels (web & mobile) support
• Management
• Analyze survey feedback and circulate to appropriate departments
Third Party management
• Work collaboratively across departments and partners to drive efficiencies.
• Coordinate with business, technical, and service provider teams to resolve ongoing issues.
Analytics and Reports
• Develop dashboards for ease of reporting.
• Analyze monthly reports from multiple parties.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Content creation/development Create and manage engaging content across all digital platforms, including website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
SEO and SEM Management
• Implement and manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility and drive traffic to the website.
Social Media Management
• Oversee social media strategy, including content creation, community management, and performance analysis. Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages.
Direct marketing
• Develop and implement direct marketing strategy for participants.
• Develop and execute email/SMS/WhatsApp/partner marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
• Implement strategies to enhance participant
• engagement and loyalty through personalized and targeted marketing efforts.
• Media buying Plan, execute, and optimize media buying strategies across various digital platforms to ensure cost- effective ad spend and maximum ROI.

• Continuously optimize digital marketing campaigns based on performance data to improve conversion rates and achieve company objectives.
• Market trends/research Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Develop competitor Intel to inform digital strategy based on best practice on line.

• Provide support to team members on digital marketing tools, best practices, and new technologies.
Budget management
• Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking of expenditures
