East African Distributors Ltd (EADL) was established on 8th January 1995 as the trading arm of the Madhvani Group and is the distributor of world-class construction brands of the highest quality. We are the preferred supplier to the construction industry in Uganda and our newly designed showroom reflects our increasing presence in Uganda and beyond. We are recruiting urgently the following positions for our operations in Uganda:

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for the assigned product lines.
• identify potential customers and generate leads through visits, calls, networking, and industry events.

• Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities for growth and stay updated on competitor activities.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, market trends, and competition.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales with customers, ensuring profitability.
• Close sales deals and achieve the set revenue targets consistently.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on customer needs. Prepare weekly sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Candidate Requirements:
• For HVAC/ Fire Fighting Systems: Candidates must have prior experience in the HVAC and fire fighting sectors. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, Building Products, or related industries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
