REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST: PROVISION OF MOBILE SERVICE/ MAINTENANCE TRUCKS AND VEHICLES FOR FIELD OPERATIONS
East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) UD ("COMPANY") v experienced and reputable Componies to express their interest in the Provision of Mobile Service/Maintenance Trucks and Vehicles for Field Operations to the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) Project The EACOP Project involves the construction and operation of on underground and cross-border pipeline to homsport crude oil for export to international markets. The pipeline will run from Kabaale, Hoima District in Ugande to the Chongoleoni peninsula. Tange Region, in Tanzania. The length of the pipeline is 1,443 km, of which 296 km will be in Uganda.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF THE SERVICES:
In the context of Field Operations, COMPANY requires the services of experienced and reputable contractors to provide Mobile/Service Maintenance Trucks/Vehicles and related services which will be used for assisting field operations teams in executing routine planned and unplanned maintenance and operation activities at all its operational sites along the pipeline for the purposes of but not limited to: Personnel transportation, Mechanical Lifing and Handling, General Materials transportation from one site/centre to another including goods, spare parts, components, tools, etc. Technicians, tools, and engineer transportation from and to the site, Support Campaign Activities, Shelter for compaign team, General Logistics facilitation.
The purpose a to select a candidate to Supply vensportation services considering the following vehicles: Mobile Service Maintenance Truck/ Vehicle Truck with Hiob crore, Operational Pick-up Vehicles, Personnel Coach/Shuttle Bus

Services will include:
• Leasing and management of vehicles.
• Synchronization of the Installed Security Systems.
• Leasing and management of vehicles access
• Full fleet management, including all in life services,
• Fleet telematics & cameras hardware and services
• Accident, repair and recovery management services,
• Maintenance & breakdown services,

All driver support via a dedicated helpdesk,Full fleet administration eg, RF, overseas travel, fines etc Proactive account management
Best in class management reporting and IT platform, Best practice advice and consultancy services
Continuous improvement programs, including operational and acquisition cost efficiencies,
Fleet engineering to manage inception to diapoad, with a high focus on commercial vehicle specifications, conformity, and legislation compliance,
A high emphasis on innovation and low emission technologies NB: In addition to that, the successful company shall be required to provide Operator services for each of the supplied trucks and vehicles Lifting equipment operators need to comply with COMPANY lifting handling rules or procedures.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Companies or organizations expressing their interest are invited to submit documentation of their

• Demonstrate good understanding of Scope of Work for services to be provided
• Experience performance and capacity is delivering tasks outlined above on a large scale, in compliance with national and international standards.
• Minimum 5 years' experience/performance of similar services within Uganda or internationally
• Key suitably qualified and experienced lead personnel in executing Не коре
• Appropriate licensing from relevant in-country authorities for the provision of the services
• Evidence of a Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management system, organization, and process in compliance with applicable Local and industry standards
• Registration certificate with the Uganda Revenue Authority JURA and valid current Tax Clearance Certificate
• Proof of registration to the National Supplier Database INSD) maintained by the Petroleum Authority of Uganda
• Compliance statement of Local Content Regulations, 2016 and Local Company definition
• Proof of Anti-corruption, Antibribery, Compliance and Human Right policies.
• Financial capacity to deliver the services required including submission of audited financial accounts for the last two years.
