The application and Summary forms are obtainable from the Public Service Commission offices, 2 floor, Farmer's house, Parliament Avenue, Kampala and from District Service Commission offices countrywide. The application and summary forms can as well be downloaded from the PSC website: www.pac.fo.us.
Applying Instructions
Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the underlisted vacant posts existing in Napak District Local Government. Application form/PSC 3 (2008 revised) in triplicate and PSC Summary form (One form) should be submitted to the Secretary, Napak District Service Commission, PO Box 106, Napak.
Application forms should bear the title of the post applied for, followed by the reference number indicated against the vacancy. Serving officers are advised to route their applications through their responsible officers who should be informed of the closing date to avoid delays.
Applicants should attach photocopies of CERTIFIED academic documents and registration certificates where applicable to each of the three application forms to be submitted. Additionally, each applicant is required to attach one recent passport size photograph and one copy of the National Identity card to all of the three application forms.
Applicants who shall not hear from the District Service Commission on completion of the exercise should consider themselves unsuccessful.
