This Addendum No.2 is to the Invitation for proposals as per details in the table above; changes have been made as follows:
• The Proposals must remain valid until 2 April 2025
• The Proposal Security requirement is removed and a Proposal Securing Declaration form will be filled
• The Proposal Securing Declaration shall expire on 30 April 2025
• The Proposal Submission date shall be 16th October 2024 at 11:00 AM
• The Proposal Opening date shall be 16 October 2024 at 11:30 AM.
• The rest of the provisions in the Request for Proposal document remain unchanged.
