BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN BIDDING FOR PROCUREMENT OF ORACLE SUPPORT FOR 12 AND 36 CORES DBMS LICENSE.
National Identification and Registration Authority (NIRA) has allocated funds to be used for the Procurement of Renewal for the Annual Support Subscription for the oracle database.

The Entity Invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above services.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained In the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205 and is open to all bidders.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further Information and Inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 08:00 am-5:00 pm (working Days).

The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by Interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 7(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee UGX 100,000/- (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand only). The payment shall be made to the bank and a bank slip presented as evidence of payment. Bidders should generate a payment advice from the URA Portal and present to the Bank for payment.

Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(a) at or before 11:00 am on 18th October 2024. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 14,000,000/= in form of Bank Guarantee Only. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7(b) at 11:30 a.m on 18th October 2024.
