Job Summary

We are looking for a competitive Field Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of product

  • Minimum Qualification : Highschool

Job Description/Requirements

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Make the sale using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc) to existing and prospective customers.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Open accounts and manage customer accounts.
  • Answering client questions and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Educate consumers on product features and Provide offers information
  • Assist with organizing promotional events
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
  • Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory

Requirements and skills

  • High School or Certificate equivalent in Business, Finance, commerce, marketing, sales management
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, added advantage in the microfinance sector
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Familiarity with different sales
