INVITATION TO BID UNDER OPEN INTERNATIONAL BIDDING
Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) has allocated funds towards the implementation of the Project of Capacity Building for Industry Demand- Based TVET in Uganda.

KOICA now invites sealed bids from eligible and competent bidders for the Supply of 3 KOICA Short-Course Materials (LOTI: Electrical & Automotive, LOT2: Welding & Plumbing, LOT3: Fashion).

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open International Bidding Method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 (As amended) and KOICA Procurement guidelines which are accessible to all
bidders on the KOICA Uganda Website.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information at the address below, KOICA Uganda office (2 Floor, Mariba House), Plot 17, Golf Course Road, Kololo from Monday to Thursday from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm and on Friday from 8.00 am to 12.30 pm.

Interested bidders should download the Bid Application form from the KOICA Uganda Office Website (http://www.koica.go.kr/sites/uga_en/index.do) which they will fill and submit with relevant attachments via email to biddingkoicauganda@gmail.com

Bid documents will be shared with interested bidders, who will have submitted complete Bid Application forms with attachments, via email on 5th September 2024.

Sealed Bids must be delivered before 10:00 am. at KOKA Uganda Office on 26th September 2024 and the representative of bidders must attend the Bid Opening at the same venue from 10:00a.m.
