Position Overview: As a Graduate Trainee at Horizon International School, you will gain hands- on experience in various aspects of school operations and administration. This role is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of educational practices, school management, and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Classroom Support: Assist teachers in preparing instructional materials, managing classroom activities, and supporting students' learning experiences.
• Administrative Duties: Help with administrative tasks such as maintaining student records, and managing correspondence.
• Student Engagement: Support students in academic and extracurricular activities, including organizing and supervising school events and programs.
• Professional Development: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in education and school management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with faculty and staff to contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs and school policies.
