Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
• Maintain Accurate Accounting Records: Ensure precise recording of all fund transactions, maintaining transparency and compliance.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and distribute financial statements and investor reports promptly and accurately.
• Investor Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for investors, addressing inquiries, providing information, and maintaining strong relationships.
• Regulatory Compliance: Monitor fund activities closely to ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and reporting requirements.
• Cash Flow Management: Manage fund cash flows efficiently, oversee trade settlements and ensure liquidity needs are met.
• Distribution Management: Execute timely distribution of income and dividends to investors by fund policies and regulatory standards.
• Transaction Processing: Handle subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers of fund shares accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in fund administration or financial services industry, demonstrating a solid understanding of investment fund operations.
• Financial and Regulatory Knowledge: Strong grasp of accounting principles and regulatory requirements governing investment funds.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in fund administration software and systems, ensuring efficient management of fund operations.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical abilities to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
