Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell travel packages, tours, and other travel services to individuals and groups
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct product presentations and consultations
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, travel destinations, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience in the travel industry
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and services (or ability to quickly learn)
- Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with travel industry software and systems
- Knowledge of international destinations and travel regulations
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
