Primary function:
Responsible for Office Facilities Management support and Office Assets/Consumable Management support.

Responsibilities:
• Organize weekly inspections of office premises to identify potential hazards and areas of improvements.

• Responsible for timely response and resolution of office facility related issues.
• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining office access control.
• Maintain proper and accurate monthly readings of the floor meters.
• Monitor and ensure the office premises are well-maintained and clean at all times.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records with use of stock cards.
• Maintain an updated asset registry and coordinate any asset movements.
• Coordinate regular stock taking for consumables and ensure no shortage.
• Coordinate the purchase and distribution of consumables and company branded items.
• Support in handling meeting room requests and bookings and ensure no clash meetings.
• Assist in drafting asset and facilities management policies and procedures.
• Support in carrying out asset audit on existing company assets and reconciling existing assets.
• Assist to prepare assets and consumable related budgets and monitor utilization.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Superiors.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or the equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably in the Oil and Gas Industry in a Multinational or International Company.
Knowledge:
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational, communication skills.
• Excellent comprehensive analytical ability.
• Excellent multitasking ability.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
