Role Description

This is a contract role for a Salesperson at Prudential Uganda l. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for daily sales activities such as prospecting, presenting our insurance products to potential customers, closing sales, and achieving sales targets. This is a hybrid role, meaning you will be based in Uganda but with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful sales and achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Proficiency in local languages spoken in Uganda is a plus
