MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST

Salary £22,553 pa pro rata, (£11.69 per hour)

Full time or Part time (37hrs full time preferred)

The successful candidate will;

• Be an excellent communicator written and verbal
• and likes working with people
• Have a professional approach
• Be able to work to protocol and be open and receptive to coaching and mentoring
• Have good computer skills and willing to learn various IT systems
• Have good organisational skills
• Enjoy assisting members of the public and enjoy working with them.
• Be a Team player, work part of a Team, but also be able to work independently
• Have a flexible approach to work and be able to work extra hours at times of unexpected staff absence
• Have an understanding of the data protection act and patient confidentiality
• Work under pressure in a busy Reception answering both telephone and dealing with people face to face.
