Position
An opportunity has arisen for a permanent Corporate Induction Co-ordinator based in the Training Centre at Ayrshire Central Hospital.
Hours
37 Hours per Week
What You Will Do
Working within the Learning and Development team and as part of the Department of Organisation and Human Resource Development, this role provides an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking individual who will work as part of a team and use their own initiative with the responsibility for co-ordinating and supporting the provision of our Corporate Induction programme and the day to day running of the department.
You will work in collaboration with the Head of Learning and Development, Business Support Manager and the wider team to ensure Corporate Induction is planned, organised and delivered in a seamless manner which meets operational service demands in accordance with NHS Ayrshire and Arran’s vision and values.
You will also provide comprehensive senior administration support for Leadership and Management programmes and other Learning and Organisational Development projects. This will include helpdesk assistance for systems such as iMatter, LearnPro - Learning Management System, LearnPro - Course Booking System, Turas Learn and Turas Appraisal.
Your responsibilities will also include ensuring the health, safety and security of staff and users of the Training Centre at Ayrshire Central Hospital including risk assessments and incident reporting.

Knowledge, Training And/or Experience Required To Do The Job
The position requires someone who is qualified at SCQF Level 7 or with equivalent experience who is highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support the delivery of SVQ/MAs in Business and Administration as a workplace assessor to develop and grow future talent and skills required by the organisation.
Digital Skills are essential to this role, and the practical application of Microsoft packages such as Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
You should also be able to act on your own initial and prioritise your own workload to meet deadlines, and be an excellent communicator with a number of stakeholders including the Corportate Induction Team.
