Where will your next venture in Career Entry take you?
In this exciting new role, you will support the management and continuous improvement of the career entry programs. Your pro-active attitude will ensure a consistent learning journey for all participants by providing support and coaching, in the form of updated development plans, networking events and management of internal rotations.
This role will build and maintain strong relationships with external training providers, secondary and tertiary education providers, and other relevant industry groups to leverage insights, knowledge and best practice approaches in program design and delivery.
Working in collaboration with the Training and Leadership teams you will ensure the program design, content and delivery align to industry best practice, ensuring a high-quality learning journey and outcomes for our employees.
Your Key Skills And Experience
- Tertiary level qualification in a related discipline, Human Resources, Organisational Development or Education related discipline.
- Demonstrated capability in end-to-end learning and development, career advisory or education settings
- Considerable experience within an early career, learning & development role
- Relevant experience with vocational education and training (VET) based training programs and national training packages
- Highly developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills, including working collaboratively with others at all levels
