Role Description
This is a contract role for a Sales Executive - Digital Solutions. The Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, sales, account management, business development, and sales operations. This is a hybrid role, based in Kampala, with flexibility for some remote work.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for graphics, website, and systems development projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure project feasibility and alignment with client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Lead Generation, Sales, and Account Management skills
- Experience in business development and sales operations
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets, preferably in the tech industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of digital solutions such as graphics, websites, and systems is a plus
