Role Description

This is a contract role for a Sales Executive - Digital Solutions. The Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, sales, account management, business development, and sales operations. This is a hybrid role, based in Kampala, with flexibility for some remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for graphics, website, and systems development projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure project feasibility and alignment with client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Lead Generation, Sales, and Account Management skills
  • Experience in business development and sales operations
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of digital solutions such as graphics, websites, and systems is a plus
